So fine, that I emailed Professor Pullum to let him know his name had been used as a punchline, to which he replied in part, “It’s weird being an internationally famous blogger.”

I don’t miss the days in NOLA when the flying roaches would swoop around. I’d sleep with my head under the sheets because I was sure they were going to fly around and then land on me and crawl on me. Creepy bugs are creepy.
