Should I conclude Palahniuk is our spiritual guide for the evening?
Maybe I shouldn’t judge; I’ve only read Fight Club. Oh hell, I’ll judge.
Palahniuk is James Frey without the Oprah controversy.
Spiritual guide? That’s taking it a bit far. I simply saw a quote I liked and shared it with a friend. I have no opinions of the man himself, and to be totally honest, I haven’t read his books (yeah, I’m a poseur, I suppose). I just liked the thought presented that one has to take risks in life. I suppose even sharing something like this and risking getting crap for it.
Please don’t take it personally. You and D both reblogged the same quote in quick succession so it showed up side by side in my dashboard. As it wasn’t the first Palahniuk I’d seen today, I’d hit my limit on him.
