It does have a less nuanced flavor profile but the smoothness is an interesting change of pace.

Usually I drink my coffee black. Often it’s a red-eye or black-eye; more often it’s just straight brewed coffee. Sometimes I’ll get a latte, or toss some cream, milk, or sugar in the cup, but not too often.
I finally tried cold-brewing coffee this week and this morning, decided I’d tart it up with a bit of simple syrup.
